The ability to accept Test cards has now been built into the system.

Date: April 30th, 2009

To use a Test card previously, the setting would have needed to be changed to Accept All or Decline All. Now you will be able to use a Test card and keep your current settings. You will receive an actual APPROVAL or DECLINED based on the data submitted. Please note that some amounts will auto-generate a Decline.
Please view the Resources page located in the Merchant Center for further information. On the Reports Page, a Test entry will show a T for the batched out value rather than a Y or N.

The Test cards able to be used are:

MC: 5454 5454 5454 5454
Expiration Date: 12/2010
VISA: 4111 1111 1111 1111

New XML Requester Features

Date: April 21st, 2010

We are happy to announce the addition of 2 new options to our XML Requester as well as an updated API PDF.

The first option will allow you to add a customer to the vault automatically after an APPROVED ProcessSingleTransaction. This option will make it easier for developers as they will not then have to send a separate request to add the customer. Just simply add a RequestType2 xml tag inside the Request tags with the value of CustomerAdd.

The second option is the ability to submit, or rather resubmit, a transaction from a previously APPROVED transaction.

View our PDF as well to see all the possible request errors.
